That kind of coordination can help eliminate silos, create true end-to-end visibility, and reduce the complexity that often slows automation programs down. We are also encouraged by the emphasis on governance-embedded AI adoption. With capabilities like AI Gateway, organizations have a stronger path to scaling AI with compliance, auditability, and control. On the operations side, advances in automated operations, including self-healing and incident detection, should help reduce the level of manual supervision required and make it easier to scale the digital workforce efficiently.
There are also a few important areas to watch. AI agent maturity remains a consideration, especially as organizations move toward production use.
