A Vision Worth Building
Ashling Partners was founded on a simple but transformative belief: that work should be more meaningful.
Long before automation became a buzzword, our co-founders, Donald Sweeney and Marshall Sied, worked at the intersection of business process improvement and enterprise technology. They saw firsthand how traditional systems often failed to deliver real outcomes—how employees, instead of being empowered, were stuck performing repetitive, low-value tasks.
They envisioned a different future: one where technology didn’t just automate work, but elevated it—freeing people to focus on what matters most.
